I have owned this Oshawa built car since 2004. I bought it because it is similar to the one my father owned in 1972-75 on which I learned to drive. Originally a Chevrolet 350 small block powered car I have recently swapped in a 454 Chevrolet big block. GM Canada offered the 454 Astro Jet in 345 & 390 HP versions in Canadian built Pontiacs in 1970. The car has buckets seats with console delete, full gauge cluster, overhead map and reading light, Rally II wheels and dual scoops, NASA type, hood.
